Orders

How do I find my order number?

If your purchase was made with a Besbelle account, simply log in and you will be able to see your order history and find your order number.

You can also check the order confirmation email that was sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder as some emails can be found in a different inbox.

Can I upgrade my shipping method after I make a purchase?

Unfortunately, we cannot upgrade shipping methods after an order has been placed.

If you need your order sooner, please email orders@besbellejewels.com to cancel your current order and place a new order with the updated shipping method of your choice.

Can I change my shipping address after I make a purchase?

Our team works hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Most orders are processed the next business day. If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please email us at orders@besbellejewels.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping address changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I order a custom piece?

We are not taking custom orders at this time.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

We’re happy to resolve any issues you have have with your order.

Please email orders@besbellejewels.com with your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece and our team will promptly assist you.

Do you Gift Wrap?

All orders are thoughtfully packaged as "Ready to Gift" in a Besbelle gift box.

Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I track my order?

A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Besbelle account, select "My Orders", and click the most recent order you placed.

Tracking says my package was "delivered", but I didn't receive it.

In rare instances, your order status may say "delivered" even though your package is still on the way. It may also have been accidentally delivered to your neighbor’s house or is being held at your local post office. We suggest waiting a few more business days to receive your package or inquiring with your local post office to check the status of your shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world! Additional shipping fees do apply and will be applied at checkout.

Will I be charged duties, taxes, or any other fees?

Most packages will pass through customs without any additional charges. However, duties and taxes vary by country. If you are placing an order from outside the US, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's duties and taxes. Any fees charged on international packages will be your responsibility.

Besbelle does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be.

How much is the return shipping fee?

We do not provide return shipping labels for both returns and exchanges. The return shipping fee will vary depending on the carrier you choose to return your items.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund is processed by our team as soon as we receive your returned item(s). Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank and reflected in your bank statement.

How long is your exchange process?

Once your item is received, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process and reship your exchange item.

There is no extra shipping fee for re-shipment of exchange items. We'll cover it.

Materials

What is sterling silver?

Sterling silver is composed of 92.5% of silver and 7.5% metal alloy. Because pure silver is extremely malleable, metal alloys are combined with the silver in order to achieve the intricate and beautiful designs you see.

All our sterling silver is 925 with a double-dip treatment of rhodium, adding an extra layer of silver plating. The extra layer makes Besbelle pieces extra durable, extra fine, and extra radiant.

Does sterling silver make my skin turn green?

Our pieces go through months of testing to ensure that the materials we use do not make skin turn green. Though very rare, discoloration could occur not caused by the pieces themselves but by humidity, skin pH, and contact with other chemicals such as chlorine, cosmetics, and salt water.

What is rhodium plating?

Rhodium plating gives your pieces extra shine and extra strength. Rhodium plating is used to create a white reflective appearance on jewelry. Rhodium is harder than gold, providing a durable surface that resists scratches and tarnish.

We deliberately chose to add rhodium plating to all our pieces so you can enjoy them longer.

What is 18K gold plating?

All our Gold pieces have 18K gold plating at a minimum industry standard of 2.5 microns thick. The Gold is double plated over our sterling silver allowing prolonged prevention of discoloration and tarnish so you can enjoy your beautiful pieces for longer.

Does your jewelry contain nickel?

None of our pieces contain nickel. Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver. 

Can I get my jewelry fixed or reworked by an outside jeweler?

Our products are made of 925 Sterling Silver, which can be fixed or reworked by an outside jeweler.

However, please be aware that this process may ruin the polish and plating of our products. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or repairs on items that have been altered by another jeweler.

Product Care

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Every piece of jewelry needs to be cleaned. Follow the three simple rules below to cherish your jewelry for a longer period of time:

AVOID: Don’t wear jewelry while showering, bathing, or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs, and the ocean. Keep fragrances, hair sprays, sunscreen, and other chemicals off your jewelry.

CLEAN: In between wears, gently wipe off any chemical residues, sweat, oil, or water with a soft cloth. Only use the polish cloth that we provided for deep cleaning (do not rub too hard as it may cause loss of plating). To clean the stones, mix a little soap with lukewarm water and rub it with a soft toothbrush.

STORE: Keep your clean, dry jewelry in an air-tight container, away from any exposure to sunlight, warm places, bathrooms or any humid areas.

When and how do I use the Polish Cloth?

The polish cloth that we provided is for deep cleaning only! Be careful not to over-polish as it might rub off the gold/rhodium plating. The polish in the cloth will turn black as it activates.
