Returns & Exchanges
Thing's don't always work out and that's okay. We offer 30-day returns and 30-day exchanges on all orders.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and cleaning cloth included)
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return items are subject to a 30% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund if the original tag is detached from the item.
Please reach out to our team at hello@besbellejewels.com to initiate your return or exchange with your order number and the name on the order. We will respond within 24 hours confirming your return or exchange. Items sent without a return or exchange confirmation cannot be honored. Please do not return your items without speaking to our team.
