All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. Depending on your location, domestic shipping can take anywhere from 2-5 business days. If you would like to receive your order quicker, a rush shipping option (USPS Priority Mail) is available at checkout.

You also have the option to include signature confirmation service to ensure secure delivery of your package(s). We currently do not offer Next Day shipping or Overnight shipping as we cannot guarantee the expected delivery date.

Besbelle is not responsible for any delivery delays as a result of USPS or other carriers.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You may also track your order by logging into your account and checking your order history.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks, depending on your location. Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, however, customers have experienced longer delivery delays of up to 3 months. 

Any international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. These are NOT extra shipping charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office. As Besbelle has no control over any of these fees, we are not able able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING

All international orders shipped via USPS can be tracked while your package is in the US. Once your package is moving overseas, tracking updates may not be provided by USPS until it is delivered.

The tracking may show your package being “frozen” at major US ports, but this does not mean that your package is missing, stolen, or damaged. Rest assured that your package will be delivered safely.

For additional tracking updates, please check with your local postal system by sharing the reference/label ID number or USPS SCAN Form number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
